Payment in advance via Ko-fi tips or PayPal.Commission base prices are for a drawing including one (1) character and simple background. If the client doesn’t want a background the price doesn’t change.An additional character is +60% of the price.
Working for a specific deadline is +30% of the price, said deadline has to be minimum 7 days away from filling out the form.Commission cannot be returned or refunded once the sketch has passed the client’s approval.Tips are not expected but greatly appreciated.If for any reason I cannot finish the commission the client is guaranteed a full refund.
How to pay through ko-fi
Go to my ko-fi page, click tip, make sure to put the same name as in the commission form, input the correct amount, select your payment method and pay.
As I work on the commission, I send multiple updates, so that the client can request changes.There are 3 updates: sketch, line art and flat colour. Free modifications made during each stage must concern said stage only, for example in flat colour stage only colours can be modified and anything concerning the sketch or line art can’t be modified for free.If the client wants to make changes to a stage of the commission that has previously been accepted, it is possible for a fee of 10% of the base price.
I retain copyright over the artwork. No calming, edits, tracing, copying, duplicating or selling.Using my art to feed AI image generators and other similar machine/program training/learning is strictly prohibited. Selling my art as NFTs is strictly prohibited.If the client wants to edit a commission in some way, the client is obliged to contact me for my permission.I can publish the commission to post my work in any form and maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising and in my commission info page as an example. I can refrain from publishing the commission upon client’s request.Client can post the finished commission on social media provided that they credit me. (tag me or link to my tiktok or website if I do not have an active account on the page they want to post it on)Client agrees to use my work exclusively for personal non-profit use.
I have the right to refuse a commission if it violates my comfort or when the client behaves inappropriately or does not meet the terms of the private agreements or TOS.After sending the finished commission, I wait 2 weeks for client approval. After that period, if the client does not contact me, I consider the commission closed and no corrections can be made.I send finished commissions in PNG format via email or Google Drive. Two files: one with simple/color background, one with transparent background.If the client has specific requirements of the size of the canvas or wants to receive a commission in a specific format, they are obliged to inform me about it.My standard canvas size is 1240 × 1754px at resolution 300 pixels/inch (118 pixels/centimeter)
